Boys/Girls Cross Country

Cross Country is a fall semester long distance running sport in which the participants usually run in teams in open-air courses over natural terrains like grass, hills, dirt, etc. and sometimes even concrete. It is a fairly difficult sport that takes a lot of dedication to be able to practice running several miles, do fast workouts, along with abdominal and upper body workouts to be able to run for the amount of miles one does when doing Cross Country.
