Girls/Boys Tennis 

Tennis is a fall(girls) and spring(boys) semester sport. Although we practice together as a team, it is a game divided into two sections. Singles, meaning playing individually amongst another opponent and doubles, competing with a partner against another pair on a hard court surface. Tennis can improve your hand-eye coordination and stamina as you compete against others. To do well in tennis you will need to combine physical stamina and continuous practice. Practice includes working on all skills of both upper and lower body strength to improve your performance.
